Job Description:
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Utilize a custom computer software program in the development and design of the patient’s orthodontic treatment as approved by the Orthodontist to achieve class 1 orthodontic occlusion.

Adheres to department documented MCIs, SOPs, and policies and procedures for case design.

Cross-trained on the “Anatomy” portion of the customized software suite as well as the “Scan Clean” operation.

Adherence to the certified operator training program which ensures quality case designs for the orthodontic customer.

Required to execute cases accomplish the production and quality goals.

Coordinate manufacturing activities with those of other departments; provide staff assistance to other departments as necessary.

May participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities for manufacturing activities; recommend improvements for policies and procedures.

Prepare and present reports as directed.

Establish and maintain a working environment conducive to positive morale, quality, creativity and teamwork.

Work OT as required by the business.

Job Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High School Bachelor's degree completion.

At least 2 years of experience in dental industry.

Certified Dental Assistant (preferred not required)

Extensive experience with computers (office, internet)

English level B2+
LANUGUAGE SKILLS:
-
Excellent communications skills, both written and oral are required. Ability to speak, and read a foreign language is a plus, English/Spanish Bilingual preferred.
