The Commercial & International Sector, SES Global Services Division at Leidos currently has an opening for an Intern to work remotely in our Huntsville, Alabama office. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the SES Global Services mission.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Update Salesforce objects with required data to represent an accurate equipment master for assigned customers
- Update Salesforce contract and coverage objects to ensure accurate and complete entitlement status and asset coverage
- Update QuickBase assets to ensure accurate and complete charge codes
- Review current aged work orders in Salesforce, working with Field Service Managers to update status, notes, customer contact information, assigned technician and territory
- Review open service requests and bring to a satisfactory closure within a timely manner
- Support addition of Salesforce asset data for new machines to be installed, moved and decommissioned.
- Ensure all project information is updated in Salesforce.
- Performing clerical duties
- Job shadowing
Basic Qualifications:
- College credit at any level, with strong interest in customer relationship management
- Candidates pursuing a college degree in Data Analytics or similar degree programs
- Proficient in English
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and multi-task
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with using Salesforce

Pay Range:Pay Range $39,000.00 - $70,500.00
