The Services Solutions Manager is a fully qualified professional responsible for managing complex engagements. This role focuses on the strategic transition of customers from purchasing "hours" to achieving "defined impact" and business value. You will act as a consultative challenger, ensuring that every Statement of Work (SOW) is a rigorous, milestone-driven roadmap linked to specific business outcomes.

Value Engineering: Translate complex business challenges into milestone-driven roadmaps, ensuring SOW alignment with customer Use Cases.

Experience: Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 4 years and a Master’s degree.
Field Expertise: 5-8 years of field sales or services delivery experience, specifically within Data Warehousing, BI, or Cloud fields.
Technical Proficiency: Expert-level capability in Technical Discovery, Scoping, and leading deep discovery pre-signature.
Soft Skills: Proven ability to exercise good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions in complex environments.
