The Role

As part of a global Customer Success organization, you will play a critical role in how customers successfully deploy, integrate, and operate Sandvine solutions in real production environments.

This role sits at the intersection of technical deployment, troubleshooting, and customer engagement. You will work hands‑on with networking, Linux systems, cloud platforms, and automation tools to support post‑sales implementations for customers and partners worldwide. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, solution performance, and long‑term adoption.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and integrate Sandvine solutions into customer production environments.
  • Perform system installations, configuration, and deployment testing across on‑prem, virtualized, and cloud platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues during deployments and post‑deployment.
  • Optimize solutions for customer‑specific network architectures and use cases.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation including deployment guides and post‑deployment reviews.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet project timelines and delivery commitments.
  • Stay current with evolving technologies and leverage AI tools to improve delivery and troubleshooting.

What You Will Bring

Required Skills and Experience

  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including IP, TCP/IP, and protocols such as RADIUS, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Hands‑on experience with Linux systems for configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with scripting or programming (Python, Bash, or similar).
  • Exposure to cloud and virtualization technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, or KVM.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
  • Hands‑on experience using AI tools to support project delivery.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML5 and REST APIs.
  • Exposure to network hardware (Cisco, Juniper, or similar).
  • Knowledge of telecom and wireless technologies (WiFi, 4G, 5G).
  • Experience with network monitoring tools or SQL databases.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, AWS Associate, or Red Hat Linux.

Work Experience, Education, and Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Electronics, or a related field
  • 0–1 year in a technical role (internships or project experience welcomed)

AppLogic Networks provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of what the organization reasonably expects to pay for a position. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location, and external market pay for comparable jobs.

Pay Range- $93,800 - $114,700

The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location, and external market pay for comparable jobs.
