Senior Services Sales Consultant

Virtual Argentina

Position Summary:

The Services Sales Consultant is tasked with leading efforts to deliver complex, customized service-based solutions that meet client-specific goals. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of our service offerings and the ability to articulate how they can be adapted to client environments. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will strategize sales initiatives, enhance customer engagement, and serve as a key advisor for both clients and internal stakeholders, ultimately driving business growth through tailored service solutions.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Lead with a consultative sales approach to deeply understand client pain points and propose customized and packaged solutions that align with their strategic goals, tailoring presentations and proposals to fit.
  • Strategize and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives, collaborating with sales and leadership teams to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding and addressing their specific service need while effectively communicating our value proposition and differentiators. 
  • Lead negotiations with clients alongside sales team, while maintaining up-to-date CRM, accurately forecasting on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
  • Collaborate with services, product, marketing and sales teams to ensure feasibility and success.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales or a related field with a strong understanding of a value selling process, from lead generation to closing activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and execute complex service sales strategies with an analytical mindset that looks to assess and solve customer challenges. 
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skill, and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and executives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in selling service-based solutions in a technology context.
  • Ability to build and nurture high-impact client relationships.
  • Proven track record of successful project execution and sales growth.
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of customer ROI.
  • Excellent negotiation and influence skills.
  • Experience in leading client workshops and discovery sessions.
  • Ability to integrate client feedback into service development and strategy.
