POSITION SUMMARY 

  • The Project Manager will play a key role in driving the success and expansion of growth initiatives within the Americas Service organization. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating growth projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across multiple teams. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the organization to meet strategic goals. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Lead growth projects within the North America service organization, ensuring the successful delivery of programs on time and within scope. 
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, sales, and service, to align project activities with organizational goals. Develop a RACI Matrix to ensure functional groups understand roles, responsibilities and deliverables. 
  • Develop and maintain project plans, action item trackers, timelines, meeting notes, and status updates to support effective project execution. 
  • Monitor and track project progress, helping identify risks, issues, dependencies, and follow-up actions that may impact successful delivery. 
  • Serve as the key point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and any potential risks. 
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to ensure that the growth programs align with broader business strategies and objectives. 
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes to enhance performance and operational efficiency. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations throughout all projectactivities. 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, data aalytics, supply chain/operations, project management, or a related field. 
  • 0-2 years of professional experience 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Required to conduct effective meetings and presentations. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team environments. 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities. 
  • Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment   
  • Ability to take direction, ask thoughtful questions, and quickly learn new concepts. 
  • High level of curiosity, ownership, initiative, and willingness to seek out development opportunities 
  • Internship, co-op, campus leadership, case competition, project team, or student organization leadership experience preferred. 
  • Preferred/Helpful but not Required: 
  • Internship or project experience in operations, service, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, finance, consulting, or strategy. 
  • Exposure to project management, process improvement, data analysis, or business case development. 
  • Knowledge of the power system, energy, industrial, thermal, HVAC, data center, or related industry is a plus. 
  • Familiarity with data center infrastructure, service operations, or field service and commissioning processes is helpful.
