Location: Fully Remote
The Services Operations Internship is fully remote and requires no travel. Your work location is the city/town/province/state you will be working from remotely. For our 12-week internship program, interns are allowed to work remotely from an alternative location for up to 2 weeks. Interns are also invited to work out of the CrowdStrike office located closest to their remote location.
About the Role:
At CrowdStrike Services, our team of cybersecurity professionals is dedicated to investigating and mitigating some of the most sophisticated attacks in the world. Our Services Operations team is responsible for the behind the scenes business processes that enable our consultants and trainers to go out and do their jobs everyday. This includes preparing clients proposals and sales documents, engagement support, tracking operational metrics, and driving business process improvement initiatives. We are looking for an intern interested in learning more about business operations who can bring fresh ideas and perspective to how we continuously improve our business.
What You'll Do:

  • Evaluate data quality to ensure accurate reporting
  • Support operational metrics tracking including but not limited to bookings, revenue, utilization, average deal size, average bill rates, cross-sell, repeat customer business, customer satisfaction/Net Promoter score, etc.
  • Support proposal development and requests for proposals (RFPs), by researching and writing standard and customized proposals
  • Potential projects:
  • Create dashboards in analytics tool to create meaningful reporting for Services & Training teams
  • Additional projects and opportunities to work with Services Sales, Delivery, and Training teams on process automation and enablement


What You'll Need:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or related field
  • Graduating between December 2025 - June 2026
  • Must work effectively at a distance
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Interest in learning about the business side of a Professional Services organization


Experience with any of the following systems/programs is a plus:
