- Define and improve Sourcing strategies at business or plant level. May also include management of regional & business teams.

- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Sourcing Management and Strategic Procurement.
- Have team management experience.
- Have previous experience in the oil and gas industry

- Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Fluent Portuguese and English skills.
- Have knowledge of ERP/Oracle or SAP systems
