The Service Enablement role is responsible for leading a cross-functional enablement program that strengthens service portfolio growth, supports strategic business priorities, and ensures go-to-market readiness across the global services organization. You will connect field needs with portfolio strategy and ensure teams are equipped, aligned, and confident in delivering differentiated service value to customers.
 
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Own the planning and execution of the service enablement program that supports business priorities, service portfolio growth, and commercial readiness.
  • Build and maintain integrated program plans and roadmaps that ensure readiness across teams, tools, content, and communications.
  • Establish and lead program governance, including stakeholder reviews, decision-making processes, status reporting, and executive-level updates.
  • Coordinate readiness activities for service launches, portfolio changes, strategic initiatives, and process improvements.
  • Partner with Sales, Services, Product Management, Marketing, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to identify enablement needs and deliver coordinated solutions.
  • Develop and maintain enablement materials such as messaging guides, battlecards, sales resources, training content, playbooks, and job aids.
  • Translate complex service workflows, value propositions, and productized models into clear, practical guidance tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Deliver training and readiness programs through live sessions, workshops, webinars, and self-service formats to drive field adoption and proficiency.
  • Track KPIs related to readiness, adoption, utilization, and business impact, using insights to improve future enablement programs.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities that strengthen enablement processes and enhance commercial effectiveness.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
  • Experience working in program management, enablement, commercial operations, or similar functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional programs with clear goals, milestones, and stakeholder accountability.
  • Experience managing program plans, dependencies, risks, and communications for diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills in English.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence in a global, matrixed environment.


 
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • MBA, PMP, or similar advanced certification.
  • 7+ years working in Program Management, Sales Enablement, GTM Enablement, Training, or Commercial Operations.
  • Experience supporting service-focused or technical portfolios.
  • Familiarity with enablement or content management tools such as Showpad or similar platforms.
  • Prior experience creating training materials, playbooks, or commercial readiness assets.
