Services Director

Role purpose

Prevalent AI is scaling its delivery capability to support the growth of its AI-powered Exposure Management and Data Fabric platform. We are seeking a hands-on Managed Services Director to drive delivery excellence across enterprise clients operating in complex cybersecurity environments.

This role will own planning, process discipline and operational performance across Professional and Managed Services, ensuring consistent, high-quality software and analytics delivery, translating Prevalent AI’s Data Fabric and AI-driven capabilities into measurable client outcomes.

The ideal candidate is an operational leader with experience scaling delivery functions in consulting-led or solution-driven environments. With strong grounding in cybersecurity and data analytics, this role will lead delivery teams, strengthen agile execution and build a Managed Services organization capable of growing with the business.

Key accountabilities

Delivery Excellence & Scale:

• Lead end-to-end delivery across Managed and Professional Services, ensuring structured planning, execution discipline and predictable outcomes.
• Establish scalable processes, governance and performance metrics to support growth.
• Drive high-quality software and analytics delivery in enterprise cybersecurity environments.
• Ensure agile practices are embedded across delivery teams.
• Continuously improve delivery models to enhance efficiency, reliability and client impact.

Product adoption and value realization:

• Oversee onboarding, implementation, and ongoing managed services engagements.
• Drive strategies and approaches that ensure clients use Prevalent AI’s products effectively, to achieve measurable risk reduction.
• Apply a consulting mindset to translate product capability into practical, value-driven outcomes.
• Maintain strong client relationships while driving adoption and expansion.

Leadership and Team building:

• Build, lead and scale high-performing delivery teams.
• Develop capability in cybersecurity, analytics, and product-led services delivery.
• Own capacity planning, resource management, and performance standards.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Partner with PAI functions; Product, Engineering, Architecture, Sales, and Client Solutions to ensure successful implementations to our clients.
• Feedback delivery insights to Product function informing our Product evolution .
• Work in close collaboration with Sales and Client Solutions to ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to steady-state managed services.

Skills and Experience

• Significant experience in delivery leadership roles, overseeing professional or managed services within, SaaS or data driven enterprise software organizations .
• Experience building and scaling teams in managed services organizations.
• Strong background in data analytics–centric platforms and solution-led delivery.
• Success delivering predictable outcomes with a consulting led approach.
• Have had international exposure working for companies who are and being based overseas for extended periods.
• Agile practitioner with strong planning, process, and operational discipline.
• Experience delivering in complex client environments with measurable outcomes.
• Strong strategic thinking, operational leadership and problem-solving abilities, capable of developing and executing large-scale delivery strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and business value to diverse audiences.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and fostering strong collaboration between various functions.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferably Computer Science
