Position Overview: 

Responsible for planning and overseeing project completion on time, on scope and on budget.  Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and an ability to influence business and technical leaders in a dynamic environment are required.

Services Contract & Billing Lead will scope and execute initiatives by partnering with client team and internal stakeholders to understand and prioritize initiatives to improve organization performance. Improvement may constitute increased speed, enhanced efficiency, lower cost, higher revenue or a combination of all.

What you’ll do as the Services Contract & Billing Lead:

Key Responsibilities

1. End of Month Billing: Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure all billing for services is performed accurately each month per the SOWs.
2. Billing Coordination: Coordinate with Project Managers, Account Managers and other relevant stakeholders to gather necessary billing information to ensure accurate invoicing.
3. Billing Tracking: Monitor project billing and compare it to budgeted amounts outlined in the SOWs. Identify discrepancies and work with Project Managers to address them.
4. Billing Documentation: Maintain detailed billing documentation, including SOWs, Project Change Requests (PCRs), billing reports, and any other relevant records to support billing activities.
5. Billing Review: Following the end of each month review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contractual agreements and regulatory requirements.
6. Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or issues in a timely manner, working closely with internal teams and clients as needed.
7. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on billing activities, including invoicing status, billing cycle metrics, and any outstanding invoices.
8. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline billing processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall billing accuracy.
9. Communication: Serve as a point of contact for Project Manager (PM), Account Manager (AM) and Client Success Manager (CSM) inquiries related to billing providing timely and accurate responses to ensure internal and external client satisfaction.

What you will bring to the team:

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in management, business, IT or a related field preferred (Pakistan) or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred (US).
• Proven experience in service billing, accounting, or financial analysis role.
• Strong understanding of billing processes, financial principles, and accounting practices.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as accounting software, spreadsheets, and billing systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
