The Business Process Expert is responsible for ensuring best-in-class Philips complex business capabilities that improve quality, ensure reliable execution and deliver a better customer and employee experience. The role operates under limited supervision and applies industry best practices such as Lean, Six Sigma and Agile to enhance the efficiency of business capabilities across data, processes, organization/people and technology. The role also supports the establishment of accurate capability performance and adoption reporting within its domain, aligned with relevant targets.

Your role:
Help Services teams apply AI thoughtfully to improve uptime, learning outcomes, project delivery and cost-to-serve while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance.
Assess where AI adds value and where analytics, RPA or process redesign are better solutions.
Build and maintain an AI use-case roadmap across Service Delivery, Educatio and Project Management, linking initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
Identify automation opportunities and integrate AI into existing workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
Lead cross-functional pilots with BPEs/SMEs, IT/Data/AI, Q&R, Markets and PMO teams, capture learnings and scale successful solutions.
Embed privacy, security, safety and data governance controls throughout the AI lifecycle (“compliance by design”).
Define KPIs, acceptance criteria, and monitoring processes for deployed AI solutions, driving continuous improvement through feedback loops.
You bring 7+ years of experience in Services operations or process transformation, along with 3+ years delivering AI-enabled solutions in service/field service, education/learning operations or project delivery. Experience in a regulated industry is a plus.
You bring strong decision-making frameworks, with the ability to evaluate the feasibility and trade-offs of AI versus alternative solutions, balancing value, risk and controls in alignment with portfolio governance.
You have taken AI use cases from discovery through implementation (e.g., knowledge assist/search, case triage, predictive maintenance, content classification or risk prediction) and understand data governance and model lifecycle management.
Experience in service operations within the MedTech industry.
Background in remote services and/or software service implementation.
Experience with AI implementation from a service strategy and process perspective.
You apply creativity and analytical thinking to interpret AI outputs and make actionable recommendations.
You demonstrate the ability to learn, unlearn and adapt in response to the rapid pace of AI industry developments. You are open to change and committed to continuous learning.
You are skilled in Lean/Six Sigma, design thinking and change management and can translate AI and process concepts for non-technical audiences.
