Key Role Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive customer share research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the services and repowering sectors.
Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
Create and maintain accurate demand forecasts for services and repowering projects.
Utilize statistical models and analytical tools to predict market demand and identify growth areas.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align demand forecasts with business strategies.
Gather, clean, and analyze large SFDC data to extract actionable insights.
Implement advanced analytics techniques (e.g., machine learning, predictive modeling) to enhance decision-making processes.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on market performance.
Contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans for services and repowering initiatives.
Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., sales, marketing, product development, sourcing, manufacturing) to ensure data-driven decision-making.
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership during Demand and IBP reviews
Identify areas for process optimization within the analytics and market research functions.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve data quality and analytical methodologies.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. A PhD is a plus.
Minimum of 8 years in market research, demand forecasting, or a related analytics, finance or commercial role
Desired Characteristics:
Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) or business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong understanding of market research methodologies and statistical analysis.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives through data-driven insights.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $151,400.00 and $252,200.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
