The Services Advisor plays a vital role in building strong client relationships, collaborating with teams to pursue new business and service opportunities, and conducting operational assessments to uncover areas for process improvement and enhanced efficiency. This position combines a customer-focused approach with strategic analysis to help achieve organisational objectives. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a passion for driving operational excellence and delivering value to clients.

What a day in life of looks like: 

 

  • Conduct evaluations of client operations to identify challenges, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop actionable recommendations to optimise workflows, enhance performance, and increase profitability.
  • Present findings and collaborate with internal and client teams to implement solutions.
  • Meet with prospective clients in the initial stages to understand their business needs, gathering insights to create compelling proposals.
  • Develop service quotes and ensure alignment between the demo and the customer’s future vision by collaborating with pre-sales, participating in practice runs, and, when possible, joining the demos themselves.
  • Deliver services presentations and strategic solution proposals directly to customers, showcasing tailored strategies and value-driven outcomes.

 

What you bring to the team: 

 

  • Strong communicator with a proactive approach to follow-up, stakeholder coordination, and customer engagement.
  • Experienced in building lasting customer relationships and collaborating cross-functionally with sales, pre-sales, and service delivery teams.
  • Proven administrative skills, including managing SOWs, legal approvals, and delivery tracking.
  • Skilled in presenting, multitasking, and prioritising responsibilities in dynamic environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of logistics and supply chain, with 3+ years’ experience implementing Warehouse Advantage (WA).
  • Highly adaptable, self-motivated, and experienced in consulting and solution/operations delivery across European markets.
