As a Servicer Review Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our servicing operations meet the highest standards. You'll manage site visitations, conduct desk reviews, and report findings to improve servicing practices. Your expertise in loan servicing, especially in areas of default, financial analysis, and contract requirements will be vital in negotiating with servicers and maintaining compliance with trust agreements.
Hybrid Role - Must live within a commutable distance to the Highlands Ranch, CO office for in-office responsibilities, 2-3 days a month.
About the Role

  • Travel to Primary Servicer sites for evaluations

  • Manage project timelines, including preparing and mailing engagement packages

  • Conduct extensive customer-facing interviews with senior officers

  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of governing trust agreements

  • Write and publish site reports of audit findings within required timeframes

  • Author internal operational reports on servicing operations

  • Lead conference calls with key management to discuss issues and findings

  • Conduct Primary Servicer Desk Reviews by analyzing Annual Servicer Questionnaires

  • Perform risk/best practice analysis of servicing functions

  • Respond to complex loan-level requests from Primary Servicers

  • Approve or deny loan-level requests within servicing agreement parameters

About You
Minimum Qualifications

  • 3 years experience in default mortgage loan servicing

  • Familiarity with reading and interpreting service level agreements

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills

  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills. Ability to lead discussions with key stakeholders and senior officers

  • Results-driven leadership to build customer relationships

  • Strong decision-making capability

  • Ability to work independently

  • Detail-oriented

  • Problem-solving focus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of REMICs or Real Estate Mortgage Investment Conduits

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable job posting disclosure requirements. The compensation for this position is $47,000.00-$86,000.00. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, incentives, and other employment-related benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K retirement plan, and paid-time off.
