Responsibilities:
- Design and modify the ServiceNow Service Portal to enhance user experience.
- Develop and implement Performance Analytics solutions for data-driven insights.
- Conduct technical reviews of existing setups and provide best practice recommendations aligned with OEM standards.
- Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and ensure all developments follow industry best practices.
- Utilize HTML coding and Jelly script for advanced platform customization.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of dedicated experience with ServiceNow.
- 8+ years of total experience within the IT Industry.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
- Proven experience in Service Portal development.
- Advanced technical skills in HTML and Jelly scripting.
Desired:
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Application Developer (CAD).
- Experience with recent ServiceNow releases (Washington/Vancouver).
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
