About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Recruiter to support our hiring needs by leveraging Dover’s ATS and sourcing platform. The ideal candidate has strong experience in full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and outreach to interviewing and closing candidates, and is comfortable working in fast-paced, startup-like environments.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process using Dover (ATS), including job postings, pipeline management, and reporting.

  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing (LinkedIn, GitHub, niche boards, referrals).

  • Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate fit across skills, experience, and culture.

  • Coordinate interviews, provide feedback to stakeholders, and guide candidates through the process.

  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

  • Share insights and recommendations to improve the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house).

  • Experience sourcing and closing candidates in competitive markets.

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (preferably Dover, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).

  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).

  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.

  • Experience recruiting across technical and non-technical roles is a strong plus.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience with startups or high-growth companies.

  • Knowledge of boolean/X-ray search strategies.

  • Experience working with global talent pools (LATAM, EMEA, APAC).
