About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Recruiter to support our hiring needs by leveraging Dover’s ATS and sourcing platform. The ideal candidate has strong experience in full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and outreach to interviewing and closing candidates, and is comfortable working in fast-paced, startup-like environments.
Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
Manage the end-to-end recruiting process using Dover (ATS), including job postings, pipeline management, and reporting.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing (LinkedIn, GitHub, niche boards, referrals).
Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate fit across skills, experience, and culture.
Coordinate interviews, provide feedback to stakeholders, and guide candidates through the process.
Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Share insights and recommendations to improve the recruitment process.
Qualifications
3+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house).
Experience sourcing and closing candidates in competitive markets.
Familiarity with ATS platforms (preferably Dover, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.
Experience recruiting across technical and non-technical roles is a strong plus.
Nice to Have
Previous experience with startups or high-growth companies.
Knowledge of boolean/X-ray search strategies.
Experience working with global talent pools (LATAM, EMEA, APAC).
