Everforth ECS is seeking a Top-Secret cleared ServiceNow Technical Lead to support a client within the Department of Homeland Security. This is an on-site role in the Washington, DC area.
This role is responsible for leading end-to-end ServiceNow project development, own project delivery goals, and support the continued development and enhancement of a mission-critical solution in a secure environment. This role will also play a key role in expanding the organization’s ServiceNow footprint by identifying opportunities to leverage the platform for additional mission and enterprise workflows. This individual will lead architecture decisions, guide development standards, and perform advanced configuration and custom development while ensuring the platform remains secure, scalable and aligned with mission and compliance requirements.
Salary Range: $170,000 - $200,000

- 3+ years ServiceNow Technical Lead experience.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Implementation certification (IT Service Management (ITSM)).
- Deep functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow configuration and implementation.
- Success as Lead Consultant in 5 or more end to end ServiceNow implementation projects.
- Knowledge of JavaScript or similar scripting language (Web 3.0 etc).
- Functional knowledge and implementation experience with ServiceNow products such as Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, UI Builder, Form Designer, and demonstrated project management skills and experience working directly with customers and clients.
- Experience building and coding data models and knowledge of relational databases within ServiceNow.
- Experience with Web Services and implementing REST APIs, security models, and authentication between systems.
- Knowledge of LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure.
