TTEC Digital seeks a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our growing ServiceNow practice area. This is a 100% remote opportunity! Candidates must be willing to interview and work in US-based time zones for this full-time opportunity.

As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, working remotely, you will be responsible for the successful design, implementation, and ongoing support of ServiceNow solutions that meet our clients' business needs. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure the seamless integration and optimization of ServiceNow applications.  

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Solution Design and Implementation: 
  • Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications and robust ServiceNow solutions. 
  • Design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, FSM, and other ServiceNow solutions. 
  • Customization and Integration: 
  • Customize ServiceNow applications to meet specific business needs using JavaScript, GlideScript, and other relevant technologies. 
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and third-party applications using APIs, web services, and other integration methods. 
  • Project Management: 
  • Lead and manage ServiceNow implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. 
  • Provide project status updates, manage project risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. 
  • Consultation and Support: 
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide technical consulting, and recommend best practices. 
  • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications and integrations. 
  • Training and Documentation: 
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and process workflows. 

What You Will Bring:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform. 
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. 
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies. 
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model. 
  • Experience with ServiceNow integration methods, including REST and SOAP APIs. 
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • Certifications: 
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required. 
  • Additional certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) are highly desirable. 
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Customer Service Management and CCaaS. 
  • Experience with CTI and IVR integrations. 
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. 
  • Familiarity with additional ServiceNow products and modules. 
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and technologies.
