Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Consultant
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)
Position Type: Full-time, Direct W2
Salary Range: $100,000–$150,000 Annually
Experience Required: 6+ years

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to build and maintain solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications. The role focuses on hands-on configuration and development — including workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, UI customization, and platform extensions — while applying best practices that keep the platform clean, upgrade-safe, and performant. Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
  • Strong JavaScript (ES5/ES6) programming skills.
  • Expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
  • Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and Service Portal development.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or ITOM).
  • Experience with Now Assist, GenAI Controller, or App Engine Studio.
  • Exposure to multi-instance ServiceNow environments.
