- Perform all aspects of Platform Administration, Design, Development and implantation of Software solutions
- Build Workflows and write automated scripts
- Technical leadership, Peer code review and ensure that team is following all the best practices
- Build and Deploy required enhancements to the Service Now Platform
- Build and Deploy UI Policies, UI actions, script includes, scheduled jobs, import sets and transform maps
- Implementation of Service Now for ITSM, Discovery, Orchestration, PPM, Demand Management and other modules
- Provide advanced support for Service Now by troubleshooting, implementing bug fixes and root cause analysis etc.
- Maintain production system reliability through utilization of Change Management process
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT.

Skills Required
- ServiceNow platform administration, design, and development experience
- Implementation experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, Discovery, Orchestration, PPM, Demand Management
- Experience building Workflows, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, Import Sets, Transform Maps
- Ability to write automated scripts, troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis and implement bug fixes
- Technical leadership experience including peer code review and enforcing best practices
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent (or three years progressive experience substituted per year of education)
- At least 5 years of experience in IT
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (US Citizen, Green Card Holder, TN, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, or L2-EAD)
