About the Role We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Consultant to design, build, and deliver workflow solutions for our clients. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who can translate business requirements into well-architected ServiceNow solutions and communicate confidently with stakeholders at every level.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions using Playbook, Declarative Actions, and Automation Designer.
- Gather requirements directly from clients, run workshops, and translate business needs into technical designs.
- Configure and build workflows, automations, and integrations aligned to best practices.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, presenting solutions, demos, and recommendations clearly.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and project teams to deliver on time and to spec.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live troubleshooting.
- Maintain documentation and ensure solutions are scalable and maintainable.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Playbook, Declarative Actions, and Automation Designer.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow workflow and automation capabilities.
- Demonstrated client-facing experience — requirements gathering, presentations, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate.
Nice to Have
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or CIS in a relevant module).
- Experience across multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, etc.).
- Experience in a consulting or partner/services environment.
