Proven experience delivering fresh/greenfield ServiceNow implementations, establishing foundational data models, workflows, integrations, and core platform capabilities
Ability to contribute to and support solution design and technical implementation, including development, configuration, unit testing, and deployment activities
Experience participating in technical design discussions, code reviews, and end-to-end build delivery, ensuring scalable, high-quality, and maintainable solutions
