ServiceNow Software Engineer IV – Unauthorized Change Detection (UCD)
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Software Engineer IV to lead the evolution of the enterprise Unauthorized Change Detection (UCD) capability within a large enterprise IT Service Management environment. This role combines hands-on ServiceNow development with strategic ownership of the UCD program, partnering with engineering, security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to enhance change detection, automate workflows, and strengthen governance.
This is a highly technical role requiring production-level ServiceNow development experience along with the ability to drive long-term process improvements and operational maturity.

Key Responsibilities
Develop production-ready ServiceNow solutions for Unauthorized Change Detection.
Design and enhance Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub solutions.
Define and improve the enterprise UCD strategy.
Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Integrate Tripwire Enterprise and other detection tools with ServiceNow.
Automate reconciliation between unauthorized change alerts and approved change records.
Design dashboards, operational metrics, and executive reports.
Partner with Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, and Change Management teams.
Drive process automation and continuous operational improvements.
