The NMS ServiceNow Software Designer will support national security programs by developing, integrating, and administering the ServiceNow suite while collaborating in Agile/Scrum processes. Required Education, Experience, & Skills :
10 years ServiceNow experience plus a Bachelor’s degree is required.
Must meet DOD 8140 requirements (Security+ CE Certification at minimum)
Must possess ServiceNow Certifications
Demonstrated expertise as a senior ServiceNow engineer delivering similar scope projects
Understanding of all security related requirements in secure environments
Familiar with Agile Methodologies and ability to accurately decompose tasks for Jira stories
Expert troubleshooting and solutioning skills
Strong technical documentation skills
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills :
STEM degree
Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
Experience configuring tools providing end to end visibility, monitoring, and analytics (e.g. AppDynamics, DynaTrace)
Integration of virtualized applications and application streaming or layering techniques
Experience leading and overseeing a total system perspective including technical understanding of relationships, dependencies and requirements of cloud services, infrastructure and security domains
Experience with IBM Enterprise Lifecycle Management, TeamWork Cloud/Cameo experience, Microsoft Project and/or TableauPay & Benefits HighlightsCompensation

- 10 years of experience in relevant fields
- 1 year of relevant ServiceNow experience
