What You Will Do:

  • Lead and ensure the successful delivery of ServiceNow implementation and support engagements.

  • As a ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert with deep experience in the core ServiceNow Platform are such as ITSM, IRM/eGRC, HRSD etc.

  • Drive business development in the sector, including:

    • Supporting the execution of the segment strategy

    • evangelizing ServiceNow platform solutions internally across Defense & Security segments to promote awareness of use cases and client opportunities, and

    • supporting pre-sales activities inclusive of leading sales calls and proposal development and client presentations

  • Support the practice leadership team to develop Sales strategies for growing the practice. 

  • Coordinate recruiting efforts to build a team and support growth in sales and high quality, repeatable engagements. 

  • Be accountable for ensuring the overall delivery execution quality of ServiceNow platform engagements in the segment providing oversight and governance.

  • Mentor more junior team members in ServiceNow platform best practices and business analysis, project management

  • Drive revenue of all ServiceNow solution offerings across businesses

  • Build and develop relationship / partnership with segment teams, aligning on sales pursuits, resource capacity and capabilities, and awareness across the industries.

  • Build and develop relationships with ServiceNow Account leads in the D&S segment and support managing joint sales pursuits.

  • Support to develop thought leadership content and marketing material.

  • Maintain awareness of industry best practices and business levers for offerings keeping pace with ServiceNow product evolution within the sector.

What You Will Need:

  • Minimum of SEVEN (7) years of professional experience

  • Minimum of FIVE (5) years of experience with ServiceNow Applications is required, including leading large Client implementation and support engagements.

  • US Citizenship is contractually required for this role

  • Ability to commute to client or corporate offices up to 3 days per week.

  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain an approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.

  • Deep technical understanding of ServiceNow Platform - Expertise with multiple solution areas

  • Active ServiceNow certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire

  • Expert business development skills as well as managing relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders

  • Business operations and/or strategic planning experience

  • Demonstrable skills of managing multiple clients

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills   

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Experience with Project Management and Agile Scrum or SAFe delivery standards

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Active Secret Clearance is preferred

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified

  • Agile Scrum or SAFe Agile certified

  • Prior experience building a ServiceNow practice area or delivery team preferred.

  • Customer-oriented and great at building client relationships

  • Preferred candidate local to the Washington DC area or willing to relocate

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$216,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
