Dobromir Nikolov is looking for a new team member.We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead the agile delivery of our Lead-to-Cash transformation program. You will support a cross-functional DevOps team implementing the ServiceNow Sales and Order Management (SOM) module, ensuring smooth delivery, removing blockers, and fostering team performance.
Working closely with Product Owners, KAMs, the ICT Sales Program Manager, and ServiceNow Developers, you will help drive the transition from legacy processes to a streamlined ServiceNow ecosystem.
Your daily routine would include:
- Facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
- Coaching and supporting the team in applying Agile/Scrum principles and driving continuous improvement.
- Identifying and removing impediments to ensure smooth Sprint execution and delivery.
- Protecting the team from distractions, scope creep, and delivery risks during active Sprints.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to manage dependencies, align priorities, and monitor delivery progress.
- Supporting backlog refinement by helping define, prioritize, and estimate Epics and User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT, software development, or enterprise systems integration environments.
- Proven experience delivering Agile projects with complex cross-team and system integration dependencies.
- Strong knowledge of Agile tools and metrics, including Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow Agile Management.
- Experience with ServiceNow implementations or large-scale digital transformation programs, preferably within Telecommunications or ICT.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills; ServiceNow certification (CSA) is considered an advantage.
