Dobromir Nikolov is looking for a new team member.We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure the quality of our ServiceNow Sales and Order Management (SOM) platform. You will design, execute, and automate tests across the Lead-to-Cash process, validating functionality, integrations, and user experience.
You will work closely with Developers, the Scrum Master, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable and high-quality delivery.
Your daily routine would include:
- Performing end-to-end functional testing across the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle, ensuring business processes operate as expected.
- Validating product configuration, pricing, bundling, discount calculations, and order decomposition logic.
- Conducting UI, usability, and user acceptance testing of customized Sales and Order Management Workspaces.
- Testing system integrations and verifying data accuracy across CRM, ERP, fulfillment, and other connected platforms.
- Validating AI-driven document processing and data extraction capabilities.
- Developing, executing, and maintaining automated regression test suites to support continuous delivery and platform stability.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
- 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, preferably with ServiceNow platform testing (SOM, CSM, ITSM, or related modules).
- Strong understanding of Telecom/ICT business processes, product configuration, and order-to-cash workflows.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing using ServiceNow ATF or similar test automation frameworks.
- Experience testing APIs and integrations using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or equivalent platforms.
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and managing test activities through Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow Test Management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ServiceNow CSA and/or ISTQB certifications are considered an advantage.
