Leidos is seeking a ServiceNow Program Manager to be part of the mission solution and help lead SSA’s Digital Modernization Strategy. The ServiceNow Program Manager leads the operation and continuous improvement of existing ServiceNow ITSM solution for an enterprise. Successful candidate will continue to lead the design and implementation of various new modules associated with ServiceNow across a midsized organization. The candidate will be able to adapt to client needs, and to continuously elaborate on the enterprise ServiceNow roadmap, that delivers core capabilities and expanded features as time progresses. The Project Manager will collaborate with a diverse workforce within a matrix environment and be able to communicate effectively in obtaining and synthesizing requirements from external stakeholders, while working with the team to implement ServiceNow. The candidate will have hands on development expertise in ServiceNow and manage resources, budget, schedule, customer engagement, and ensure high end-user satisfaction. Additionally, the candidate must possess strong creative, communication, and collaboration skills.
*** Selected candidate must be willing to work on-site in Woodlawn, MD 5 days a week.

- Develop the roadmap for ServiceNow Development after consultation with the different area/components
- Refine items in backlog and bring them into iterations
- Attend all customer technical discussions/design/development meetings and provide technical inputs to further enhance the ServiceNow development.
- Front- end development using low code for end users
- Provide guidance/support to other junior/mid-level developers.
- Impact functional strategy by developing new solutions, processes, standards, or operational plans that position Leidos competitively in the marketplace.
- All other duties as assigned or directed.
FOUNDATION FOR SUCCESS (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree and 12+ years in information technology with at least five years in a project management role. Additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- Experience managing budgets, scheduling, and resources
- Experience leading and facilitating requirements discussions with internal and external stakeholders and third-party contributors
- Familiarity with organizational change management including end user training
- Experience creating and implementing plans per project goals and objectives
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
FACTORS TO HELP YOU SHINE (Required Skills)
These skills will help you succeed in this position:
- Experience managing enterprise migration to ServiceNow from legacy on-premises solution
- Knowledge of ITIL concepts
- Working knowledge of project management concepts as defined by PMI
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum concepts
- Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
HOW TO STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD (Desired Skills)

- Nice to have certifications:
- PMP
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certification
- ITIL v3 Foundations Certification
- Understanding of the ServiceNow platform, its core modules (e.g., Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Application Portfolio Management aka ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture) and capabilities. Ability to leverage ServiceNow features to enhance service delivery and improve user experience.
- Ability to analyze and map business processes to ServiceNow functionalities, ensuring that the platform is aligned with organizational needs and objectives. Experience in identifying opportunities for process automation and improvement within ServiceNow.
- Attention to Detail, experience in customer service and advanced critical thinking and problem solving skills are a plus.
