ServiceNow Platform Services
Location: Entire Southern California
Duration: Longterm Contract
Provide ServiceNow Platform support services, which shall include, but are not limited to:
1. New Service Catalog items workflow development.
2. Functional enhancements in existing service catalog items.
3. New change request templates build.
4. Enhance existing and create new reports and dashboards.
5. ServiceNow release upgrade services.
6. Configure and test new ServiceNow services and modules.
7. Streamline and clean CMDB and IT assets management.
8. Build/modify ServiceNow security scripts.
9. Build new ServiceNow integrations with other MWD application.
10. Enhance existing integrations with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), PagerDuty, and Active Directory (AD) Azure.
