Nikolay Hristev is looking for a new team member.
Your daily routine would include:
- Develop a platform vision and strategic roadmap to ensure continuous ServiceNow instance evolvement.
- Drive strategic initiatives: platform consolidation, major upgrades, enterprise integration patterns.
- Approve significant custom development after cost/risk evaluation.
- Meet with Product Owners to review cross-product dependencies, prioritization conflicts and upcoming releases.
- Engage with architecture, security, and compliance teams to review high-risk items and audit findings.
- Maintain and evolve platform standards and roadmap documents.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform / core modules architecture.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes.
- Strategic planning, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
- Ability to balance long-term platform health with short-term business demands.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Nice to Have:
- ITSM / ITIL certifications (ITIL® 4 Foundation or higher preferred).
- ServiceNow certifications are a strong advantage.

Skills Required
- Proven experience working with ServiceNow in a Platform Owner, ServiceNow Solution Architect, or Business Process Manager
- Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes and profound experience with core ServiceNow modules
- Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands based on business value, risk, and stakeholder needs
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
