Nikolay Hristev is looking for a new team member.

Your daily routine would include:

  • Develop a platform vision and strategic roadmap to ensure continuous ServiceNow instance evolvement.
  • Own, manage, and prioritize the ServiceNow platform backlog in alignment with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business and other technical stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, and deliver solution.
  • Define platform governance, standards, and best practices.
  • Manage platform releases, upgrades, and platform environment coordination.
  • Work closely with the ServiceNow Scrum Master, developers, and subject-matter/module experts during Agile ceremonies to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
  • Monitor platform utilization, collect feedback, and recommend enhancements to drive user adoption and overall ServiceNow value.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

  • Proven experience working with ServiceNow in a Platform Owner, ServiceNow Solution Architect, or Business Process Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes and profound experience with core ServiceNow modules.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSDM/CMDB, HAM/SAM, TNI, TSOM,  SOMT, CSM at cetera.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands based on business value, risk, and stakeholder needs.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, acting as the key interface between business users, technical teams, and leadership.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills, particularly within ServiceNow tools such as the Knowledge Base.

Nice to Have:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
  • Experience with additional ServiceNow modules (ITOM, CSM, etc.).
  • ITSM / ITIL certifications (ITIL® 4 Foundation or higher preferred).
  • Product Owner certifications are a strong advantage.
