- Design and oversee ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and GRC.
- Lead architecture reviews, platform governance, and release management.
- Define CMDB strategy, Discovery, Service Mapping, and data quality standards.
- Design integrations using IntegrationHub, MID Servers, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- Implement platform security, ACLs, role-based access, and governance best practices.
- Drive platform performance, scalability, upgrades, and health improvements.
- Establish workflow and Flow Designer standards while minimizing customizations.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
- Mentor developers and administrators and maintain architecture documentation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, including architecture or technical leadership.
- Expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, scoped applications, and platform security.
- Experience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations.
- ServiceNow CTA, CIS, or CSA certification.
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
- Experience with Now Assist, GenAI, or AI-powered ServiceNow features.
- Exposure to multi-instance ServiceNow environments.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with SAP, Salesforce, or Workday.
- Knowledge of HAM Pro, SAM Pro, or App Engine Studio.
