Key responsibilities:
- As the Operations Lead, oversee ServiceNow functional support services to meet customer performance, availability, service level agreements and customer satisfaction targets.
- Provide guidance and help address blockers for team supporting ServiceNow from operations and delivery
- Serve as an interface for multiple sub-groups using ServiceNow for their needs.
- Drive completion of root cause analysis and resolution of outages or incident trends coordinating with infrastructure and technical teams.
- Identify areas for optimization for ServiceNow platform operations
- Work under the guidance of the ServiceNow Platform Director to delivers project and support services within allocated budget.
- Ensures adherence of the ServiceNow Support operations team to GIS project management, software application development, testing, service management, change management, RCA and other relevant processes, standards, governance and controls.
- Oversees/manages contingent workers performing services across multiple ServiceNow projects. Responsible for the selection, on boarding and off boarding of contingent workers in a timely manner. Manages contingent worker project/task assignments and ensure work product quality.
- Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in ServiceNow Architecture and functionality.
- Experience in managing teams working on ServiceNow platform delivery
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and levels of the organization.
- Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday
