Ilko Kostadinov is looking for a new team member.
Your daily routine would include:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM/ТSOM-Health solutions to monitor and manage Telcom infrastructure health.
- Design and maintain an accurate and high-quality CMDB, ensuring proper data integrity and relationship mapping.
- Configure and implement ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration,
- Develop and maintain integrations with other IT and Telecom NMS and devices systems and tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow ITOM/ ТSOM Health implementations.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including patch management, system upgrades, and performance tuning.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
- Maintain technical documentation, including CMDB models, ITOM/TSOM configurations, workflows, and integration details.
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge sharing to enhance ITOM/TSOM awareness across IT teams.
- Support audits and compliance activities, ensuring proper documentation of ITOM/TSOM processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
- 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM / TSON implementation and configuration.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM / TSON modules: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration,
- Strong understanding pattern based discovery, service graph connector, ETL Integration Hub.
- Proficiency in networking concepts, including IP addressing, DNS, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Knowledge of SQL and database technologies for data processing within ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Kafka, REST, SOAP, Python, or Bash for automation.
- Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to interact with stakeholders.
- Experience working in enterprise environments, with exposure to multi-cloud architectures.
Nice to have:
- Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ITOM / TSOM Implementation Specialist certifications.
- Understanding of CMDB data models, relationship mapping, and best practices.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, particularly Request, Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Exposure to automation frameworks for cloud and IT and Telecom operations.
