Key Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations
Expertise in ServiceNow platform administration and security
Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting)
Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems/APIs
Good understanding of access controls, roles, and security configurations
Nice to Have:
Experience working in enterprise / large-scale environments
Prior Accenture or retail domain exposure
