We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Implementor / Senior Developer to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
This is a hands-on delivery role focused on implementing scalable HR workflows, improving employee experience, and driving automation across HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions, including:
- HR Case Management
- Employee Service Center (ESC)
- HR Service Catalog
- Knowledge Management
- Configure and customize HR workflows and lifecycle events (onboarding, offboarding, job changes)
- Build and maintain HR catalog items, forms, and automated workflows
- Develop integrations with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.)
- Implement and manage HR data security, including:
- HR criteria
- COEs (Centers of Excellence)
- Data segregation and access controls
- Configure notifications, SLAs, and reporting dashboards
- Support employee experience improvements through portal design and usability enhancements
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform and workflow issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate HR requirements into scalable solutions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with HRSD implementations
- Strong experience with:
- HR Case Management
- Lifecycle Events
- Service Catalog & Flow Designer
- Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP, etc.)
- Strong understanding of data security and privacy requirements within HR systems
- Ability to work independently in an offshore delivery model
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow certifications:
- CSA (Certified System Administrator)
- CIS-HR (HRSD Implementation Specialist)
- CAD (Certified Application Developer)
- Experience with Employee Center / Employee Center Pro
- Familiarity with document management and e-signature integrations
- Experience working in enterprise HR transformation programs
