Job Description:

Job Overview

The ServiceNow GRC Specialist operates at the Senior Associate level, supporting implementation and optimization of ServiceNow GRC solutions. The role partners with Compliance, Privacy, Information Security, and IT teams to enable scalable risk and policy management. It focuses on system configuration, process alignment, and control integration. The position requires independent ownership, analytical thinking, and strong communication.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Execute and own components of ServiceNow GRC implementations

  • Configure workflows for policy, risk, and control management

  • Support design and improvement of GRC processes

  • Maintain and enhance GRC data models and controls

  • Troubleshoot system issues and drive resolution or escalation

  • Collaborate with IT on platform performance and integrations

  • Analyze GRC data to identify risks and inefficiencies

  • Prepare reports on compliance metrics and risk indicators

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align solutions

  • Provide updates on progress, risks, and dependencies

  • Document system configurations and process changes

  • Support user training and adoption of GRC tools

  • Identify process and system improvement opportunities

  • Contribute to risk transformation initiatives

  • Share knowledge and support team capability development

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or related field

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification

  • A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience in compliance, information security, risk management, and/or system implementation

  • A minimum of two years of experience implementing and/or supporting ServiceNow GRC

  • Understanding of compliance, privacy, and information security

  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance (CIS-RC)

  • Experience with GRC frameworks and regulatory requirements
