We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow GRC Developer with strong technical expertise in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), platform configuration, customization, and workflow development.
The consultant will be responsible for developing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting ServiceNow GRC solutions that help organizations manage risks, controls, compliance requirements, and governance processes.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on ServiceNow development experience and be comfortable collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow GRC/IRM applications and modules.
Implement and enhance risk management, compliance management, and control management workflows.
Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and other ServiceNow platform components.
Configure workflows and automate business processes using ServiceNow Flow Designer.
Support risk assessments, compliance activities, and issue management processes.
Customize ServiceNow forms, tables, UI Policies, and related platform functionalities.
Integrate ServiceNow GRC with other enterprise applications using REST APIs and integration capabilities.
Troubleshoot application issues and resolve configuration, scripting, and workflow defects.
Collaborate with functional consultants, solution architects, and business stakeholders to understand technical requirements.
Participate in unit testing, integration testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Implement enhancements and improvements to existing ServiceNow GRC solutions.
Maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, integrations, and development activities.
Follow ServiceNow development standards and recommended implementation practices.
