Job Description
We are looking for fresh graduates who will be part of Devoteam ServiceNow Center of Excellence in Amman to be part of a team that is passionate about digital transformation, enterprise applications, and enterprise service management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science/ MIS/ Software engineering
- CGPA 3.5 or equivalent and above
- Responsible for delivery of assigned tasks within the delivery cycle of a project.
- Understands a number of technologies in order to provide technical implementation and support services to meet customer requirements.
- Tasks may include performing development and programming tasks, systems configurations, troubleshooting systems errors/problems, monitoring and/or testing systems performance, and contribute to the design of technical solutions for customer environments.
- Works under supervision of business line / technical lead and with customer nominated representatives to accomplish assigned tasks.
- Acts professionally with Devoteam customers. Participates as part of a team and maintains good relationships with team members and customers.
- Knowledge in project management.
- Strong knowledge in front-end (JavaScript, Angular JS, JQuery, HTML5, CSS)
- Strong knowledge in relational Database structure.
- Strong knowledge in object-oriented programming and architecture
- Knowledge in digital transformation, enterprise applications
- 0-1 year of experience
- Ability to define, agree and independently execute the Project Scope in accordance with planned Time, Cost and Quality objectives.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills and ability to manage and lead in a multicultural team environment.
- Fluent in spoken and written Arabic and English.
- Positive attitude / hard worker
- Team player / energetic
Additional Information
- Strong academic background such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a CS, MIS, CNS.
- More than 10 years of experience
- Fluent English and Arabic
- Information Security certification such as CISSP, ECSA, ISO27001 or CISA that establishes credibility and capability in the Information Security market
- Knowledge of architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman, SABSA)
- Any project or program management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI, MSP)
- Experience working in a cyber security services organization of any type
- Knowledge of security technologies (e.g. AV, SIEM, IDM, IPS, F/W, SSO, DLP, SOC)
- Knowledge of security assessment frameworks (e.g. threat modelling, controls assessment, risk assessment)
