Your Impact
  • Develop and expand relationships with key decision-makers across your territory.

  • Build and execute strategic account plans that align client goals with the power of ServiceNow.

  • Lead the full sales cycle—from opportunity creation to negotiation and close.

  • Partner with ServiceNow teams and internal experts to deliver transformational solutions.

  • Engage directly with buying executives/ stakeholders - on-site visits, strategy sessions, and QBRs.

  • Represent NewRocket at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

  • Stay on top of market trends, competitor insights, and product innovation - we are a thought leader.

  • Maintain accurate forecasts and contribute to regional sales planning and reporting.

Your Experience
  • Successful SaaS or ServiceNow sales experience (Elite or Premier partner preferred).

  • Proven track record of building and growing enterprise accounts, consistently exceeding quotas.

  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-level leaders.

  • Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting to close.

  • Consultative approach—able to translate customer challenges into clear business outcomes.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
