You’ll be focused in:
- Developing and configuring technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform following best practices and governance standards;
- Managing and supporting day-to-day platform administration activities (performance, upgrades, patches, and security);
- Collaborating with stakeholders to analyse business requirements and deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions;

In order to succeed, you’ll need:
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar experience;
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Administrator, Developer, or Platform Engineer;
- Strong experience with ServiceNow configuration, customization, and scripting (JavaScript, GlideRecord, Business Rules, Client Scripts, etc)
- Experience with workflows, Flow Designer, automation, and ServiceNow platform features;
- Good knowledge of web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Understanding of platform architecture, data model, and security concepts (ACLs, roles, access control);
- Experience with integrations (IntegrationHub, MID Server, external systems);
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and version control (e.g., Git);
- Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset;
- Proactive attitude with the ability to solve problems;
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Good written and spoken English.
Nice to have:
- Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework, Performance Analytics, or Service Portal/UI Builder
- Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, or ITOM;
- Exposure to AI capabilities within ServiceNow (Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, GenAI);
- CSA – Certified System Administrator
- CAD – Certified Application Developer
- CIS – Certified Implementation Specialist

Skills Required
