We are currently searching for a ServiceNow Developer:
Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with organizational workflows and business requirements.
- Develop complex automation using Flow Designer and the legacy Workflow Editor to streamline business processes.
- Implement ServiceNow scripting, including Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
- Design and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems to ensure seamless data flow.
- Optimize platform architecture across various modules to enhance system performance and user experience.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and platform-best practices.
- Hands-on expertise in core modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and CSM.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript-based) and platform-specific APIs.
- Proven experience in building and managing technical integrations and workflows.
- Advanced knowledge of the ServiceNow Flow Designer for modern automation.
