Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive technical solutions to meet client needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, and develop strategic plans to achieve project goals. Provide technical leadership and expertise to guide the development and implementation of technical solutions, and ensure that all solutions are properly tested and validated before deployment. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation plans.
Education and Experience Required:
- Must have 6-8 years relevant experience in ServiceNow (ITSM/ITOM/SPM)
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 6-8 years of relevant work experience in the IT industry, with a minimum of 6 years in a similar technical architecture role
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project objectives
Other Qualifications/Skillsets:
- Expert-level certification in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) - Discovery, with a strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices
- Strong technical skills in areas such as cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurity, with experience in designing and implementing technical solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop creative solutions
- Experience working in an Account Delivery role, with a strong understanding of the principles and practices of account management and customer satisfaction.
