About the role

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our Applications team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions that automate business processes and enhance user experience. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure the platform remains scalable, efficient, and aligned with industry best practices.

Essential Functions

• Design and develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management, and CMDB.

• Configure and customize various aspects of ServiceNow, such as UI Actions, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.

• Create and maintain Service Portal pages using HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and how they are applied within the ServiceNow platform.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Education and Experience 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, as well as experience with HTML, CSS, and XML.

• Experience with ServiceNow’s APIs and integration techniques.
