What You Will Do:
- Review business requirements and functional specifications to create technical specifications. Provides estimates and task planning as needed to support business cases and portfolio prioritization.
- Applies technical knowledge and experience to recommend solutions that achieve business requirements.
- Designs, develops, tests, and implements functionality in accordance with best practices and the system development life cycle.
- Develop business rules, workflows, scripts, and UI policies using JavaScript and Flow Designer
- Build integrations between ServiceNow and 3rd party applications
- Provide technical documentation including specifications, user guides, and knowledge articles
- Conduct code reviews and promote ServiceNow development best practices
- Stays current with ServiceNow advances to ensure that Guidehouse tooling remains relevant and up to date
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's and 4+ years of equivalent experience or 8 years of experience in lieu of degree
- Experience in ServiceNow Modules ITSM/HRSD/SPM and tools UI builder/Workflow studio
- Proficiency in JavaScript and HTML, with understanding of ServiceNow APIs and integrations
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Degree in Computer Science, or related field
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while remote
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people at all levels
- Desire to learn, grow, and seek increased responsibility
- Ability to self-direct, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and demands
- Preference will be given to candidates who are located within 50 miles of a Guidehouse office
