We are currently searching for a Servicenow Developer :
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Glide scripting, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs.
- Design backend APIs, data structures, and integrations to support content delivery and search.
- Troubleshoot issues across content pipelines and identify root causes across system components.
- Work collaboratively in Agile/Scrum environments with distributed teams.
- (For AI/ML Engineers) Apply experience in AI/ML within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of total software or platform development experience, including 5+ years hands-on with ServiceNow.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and core ServiceNow backend development.
- Experience designing integrations (REST/SOAP) and backend structures.
- Ability to diagnose technical issues and perform platform-specific troubleshooting.
- Comfortable working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
