Telenor Cyberdefence AS' ambition is to become a leading MSSP (Managed Security Services Provider) in the Nordic market, among other things by using Telenor's unique access to threat intelligence to support our services. In addition to delivering modern managed security services, Telenor Cyberdefence AS will also offer specialist expertise through consultancy services and testing of infrastructure / applications with our Offensive Security team.
Join our innovative team at Telenor Cyberdefence in the position as ServiceNow Developer - at our HQ in Oslo Fornebu.
ServiceNow is one of Telenor Cyberdefence’s strategic platforms. Our goal is to provide our customers with a scalable, efficient customer portal, optimized for the security services they receive from us.
We are now looking to increase and strengthening the team that is working with ServiceNow with additional personnel, including a ServiceNow Developer to prepare for further growth. As a ServiceNow Developer you will be part of a team that is responsible for designing, developing, implement and maintain ServiceNow solutions to provide our customers a customer portal.
The team working with ServiceNow is part of our Platform department, that govern and develop all the technical solutions that we use in for the services we provide for our customers.
Key responsibilities:
ServiceNow platform development and configuration
Design, develop, implement and maintain ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, integrations and flows
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards
Monitor and optimize platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
Maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations
Ensure all ServiceNow implementations adhere to organizational security and compliance standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and evaluate requirements, and produce ServiceNow solutions based on these
We believe you have the following qualifications and personality skills:
Relevant Bachelor og Master degree
Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow developer
Strong understanding of different ServiceNow modules
Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines
Good communicator, verbally and written, in Norwegian and English
A continual learner
Self-motivated, creative, structured, and disciplined
Positive and a great team member
