The
Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join a
high-impact, security-focused programme. You will be hands-on building and
configuring ServiceNow solutions that underpin critical PKI (Public Key
Infrastructure) processes, from certificate lifecycle management to CMDB
accuracy and system integrations.
This is a technical delivery role with real breadth: you will
work alongside architects, security engineers, business analysts, and
infrastructure teams. If you are comfortable navigating both platform
configuration and stakeholder conversations, this is a strong fit.
What
You'll Be Doing
PKI &
Security-Focused Work
• Design and build ServiceNow request forms for PKI use
cases — certificate requests, renewals, and revocations
• Develop and configure workflows and approval processes
aligned to PKI governance and security standards
• Deploy and configure ServiceNow Discovery tools to
identify PKI-related infrastructure and components
• Maintain and update CMDB records for PKI assets,
certificates, servers, and applications — ensuring accurate component
relationships
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and
engineering teams to align solutions with PKI architecture and controls
• Support testing, validation, and deployment of
PKI-related ServiceNow functionality
Platform Development
• Configure and customise ServiceNow modules: ITSM, CMDB,
and Discovery
• Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies,
Script Includes, and workflows/flows
• Support integrations with external systems via APIs,
MID Servers, and data imports
• Troubleshoot issues, deliver defect fixes, and support
post-go-live activities
• Produce technical documentation and support knowledge
handover into BAU
• Participate in design discussions, technical reviews,
and implementation planning
Requirements
What
We're Looking For
Essential
• Strong hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Proven ability to build ServiceNow forms, workflows,
and approval processes
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB
configuration
• Experience with integrations, MID Servers, and data
imports
• Solid understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow
platform capabilities
• Comfortable working both independently and
collaboratively in a delivery team
• Strong communication skills — able to engage technical
and non-technical stakeholders equally
Desirable
• Prior experience on PKI, security, or certificate
management solutions
• Knowledge of governance, risk, and security controls
• ServiceNow certifications (System Administrator,
Application Developer, or equivalent)
