Are you passionate about building innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform? We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team and play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow applications and services that support critical business operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

Basic scope of tasks, duties and responsibilities:

  • Designs, develops and documents new ServiceNow Module configurations and services

  • Verifies simple to medium complexity business requirements and estimates work effort required through to implementation

  • Assists System Administrator with ServiceNow incidents and requests

  • Provides guidance for ServiceNow System Administrators

Additional tasks, duties and responsibilities:

  • Engaging stakeholders in initial/requirements calls

  • Providing information and sharing knowledge with team members.

  • Reporting and implementing process changes.

  • Participation in projects related to improving efficiency.

  • Acting as a replacement for other team members.

  • Responding to escalations in cooperation with supervisors.

  • Training team members.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent- Engineering, Computer Science

Experience:

  • 2+ years of ServiceNow development, configuration and system administration experience

  • Knowledge of ITIL processes, ITIL Foundations Certification is a plus

  • Certification is a plus (CAD, CIS, CSA)

  • Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, including the creation and/or customization of core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, etc.

  • Experience creating and configuring Business Rules, UI Policies, Data Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Script Include and ACLs.

  • Experience patching and upgrading ServiceNow to recent releases

  • Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of at least ServiceNow features

  • knowledge of the ServiceNow data model and relationships

  • Experience in Active Directory/LDAP

  • Experience in ServiceNow integrations

  • Experience in ITOM Discovery, CMDB and ITAM is a plus

  • Must have experience developing process documentation

  • Experience designing, developing, implementing business applications in ITIL, CMDB, Service Request, Change Management, Incident Management, Asset Management, Problem Management

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues

  • Experience working in challenging and ambiguous environments
