Job Summary We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and customize solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Hardware Asset Management (HAM/HAM Pro) modules. The ideal candidate will build end-to-end platform configurations, automated workflows, and complex enterprise integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Design and customize ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog).
Implement and support ITOM capabilities, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and MID Server Administration.
Configure CMDB and CSDM alignment to ensure data quality, health, and governance.
Implement HAM/HAM Pro lifecycle processes, including procurement, inventory management, stockrooms, and audits.
Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and IntegrationHub workflows.
Build and manage REST/SOAP web service integrations and Scripted APIs.
Requirements
6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow application development and customization.
Strong technical scripting background in JavaScript, Glide APIs, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow API frameworks.
Proven experience across ITSM, ITOM (Discovery/Service Mapping), CMDB/CSDM, and Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP web services, and MID Server setup.
Strong understanding of ITIL v4 processes and Agile software development practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
CIS certifications in ITSM, Discovery, Service Mapping, or Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
Experience with HAM Pro implementation, SAM Pro, or ITAM optimization.
Skills Required
